"Went to True Love Studios and unfortunately didn’t get a tattoo at all. My appointment was made for 1:00PM and I arrived at 12:20-12:25PM. Checked in and waited until 2:30PM. The artist Arturo told me finally came out at 2:00PM and told me that he was finishing up after I asked the receptionist how much longer it was going to be. At 2:00PM Arturo gave me a 15 minute time to clean up the room and come get me. I agreed and said I’ll wait a little longer. After waiting till 2:30-2:35 I decided to leave. I wish I would’ve gotten the tattoo I came for. I was really excited and looking forward to it. At no time was I checked on, given time updates or any kind of apology. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else."
