"Terrible service 0/10 I do not recommend , the man in the front was actually very rude. Said I was getting on his nerves because I wanted my deposit back . Here is my experience I DM one of the artist asked a few questions ..I was told the deposit would secure my time and slot but doesn’t go towards service which I found a little odd but okay . I booked my appointment a week in advance show up 10 mins before my appointment and was told my artist would be 20 mins . After 45 mins of waiting I asked what is going on ? I was told she still finishing up , I then explained well I don’t understand why I paid for an appointment then . An hour goes by the artist comes to tell me she could cancel and send my deposit back . I then explain I’m from out of town and booked in advance i would like the service with my deposit back . She agreed I then wait another 15 mins and decide to leave. I let the man in the front know that I would like to get my deposit back . He then tried to make an excuse for the artist , stating “ she’s been busy all day and she has to draw the stencil by hand . “ It seems to me being a professional and an artist who charged some one money for a “secure” spot ..the artist would’ve been prepared . I received my money back . Terrible experience!"

"Waited for almost 2 hours (which is no problem because we didn’t have an appointment). We were made to prepay $100 IN CASH so no way to dispute the charge with my bank. Artist was sweet but the work she did was awful. I can’t wait to get this covered up."
