"The worst service ever. I ordered two pairs of sneakers online, picked them up at this store, decided to return them, and that's when the hassle with the return started. The seller invented numerous reasons not to accept the return, even though the shoes were absolutely new and within the return policy. I strongly do not recommend. Terrible service."

"Adidas Galleria Store. The customer service was EXCELLENT!!! The problem I had was the location. The store is about 1/2 to 3/4 mile away from the parking structure. I came to exchange a few things, and the clothes are always limited. The selection is so small, but at least you can return here. If you need to exchange for different sizes. You have to make exchanges at Fedex. It's so inconvenient!!!! Customer service is awesome.."
