"ASICS will never get my business again. I have bought and worn out 20+ pairs of their shoes over 13 years without ever having a warranty claim. The newest pair has a lump or something inside the sole which is causing pain. I did everything they required for online claims and it is denied. They're requiring that I make a two hour drive to this ASICS store to have someone verify the problem, but the phone line immediately disconnects every time I try to call the store. Why would any reputable business behave this way?"
