"Was told boots would ready in two weeks. Left several messages and no response. Took leaving a message that I would be contacting a lawyer to get my boots and money back. Received a call a couple days later saying they were ready for pickup. Have a click in the right boot that I will take somewhere else to be repaired. Will never take anything here again. 5 weeks for soles and heels is just ridiculous and at 185.00 I expected way better."

"Absolutely great service dropped off two pair of boots to be repaired, one needed a new heel put on and the other needed an entirely new sole! John had one needing a new heel done same day! Great quality will be back in the future and can’t wait to update with the other pair! Update 11/2/2018 Just got my second pair back today! These were a complete resole as I had worn a 3 inch wide hole in each of them!
