"My husband took three pairs of shoes in to have new souls put on them, when he went to pick them up two of the shoes had spots on them it was like something had been died or a chemical of some kind splashed on them. Not knowing what had happened my husband left them there so the problem could be fixed. Yes smileys did fix them, not as good as they should have been but the fact is my husband feels as though his shoes was not treated as good as they should have been. We will not be going back to him for any kind of repairs."
