"Young lady working register was very rude with no customer service experience. Like most stores if you're about to go on break you'll take the last customers then ask the remaining to go to another line. Instead this lady told us I'm closed and we need to move to the other line after we stood in line for 20 minutes bc of last minute valentines shoppers. I work in retail, hospitality, food service and you never tell customers that. Then be rude about it. Repeating well there is nothing I can do about it. I need my break, I need a break. Karma hit her especially being rude like that. Her finger got caught in conveyor belt. Should could of handled and approached very differently. Never shopping at this location again. I would give no stars but there I no option for it."
