"the older gentleman, i think he’s one of the managers, is rude and needs more training in customer service. I came in for a passport picture and left upset enough to cry in my car. I have social anxiety, so its hard to come into a place and ask for help but his tone and demeanor was not okay."
"It’s Christmas Eve, I just left the hospital with a script to fill including muscle relaxers and nerve meds to deal with an injury I first got in combat and has gotten worse since. I handed the script to the young person behind the counter, and she said “we close in four minutes” I asked if they’re open tomorrow, she said no. “I think maybe a 24 hour Walgreens can help you”. Knowing I’m here because of an injury, and that all stores are closed tomorrow- she couldn’t even tell me which is open on Christmas. You have shown me today that you do not care at all, and no matter how far out of my way I have to go- I will never shop here again."
"Would give zero stars if I could! Worst experience at a Walgreens! Absolutely so rude!! Never will I ever come here, biggest mistake!! Don’t waste your time!!"
"This Walgreens is the worst I have ever used. Twice now it’s been closed without warning when I needed them. The first time I was pregnant and had gestational diabetes and had an insulin prescription that they could only partially fulfill. When I went to get the rest there was a sign that they were closed until further notice and I had to battle with another Walgreens to get them to fulfill the rest and drive across town to get it. Today I went in because they gave me a defective nebulizer and I needed to exchange it to be able to do my breathing treatments and again I showed up to a closed sign with a “sorry for the inconvenience”. They really don’t have it together here."
"When I hear the word pharmacy, I imagine that it is similar to a hospital. That it should be super clean and sanitized, but it is not. I entered this pharmacy and I already imagined all the medicines infected due to lack of cleanliness, also it is not safe if a child enters the bathroom (of any age), since sharp metal parts are exposed which could be a factor in an accident . Not to mention the air conditioning ducts... I felt claustrophobic... looking at the air duct, I couldn't even breathe. Everything is disgusting"
