He was willing and able to answer any questions and address all concerns I had. The turn around was quick as well. I’ve experienced back and pain for some time. I’ve tried other gel inserts with no lasting difference. Since consulting with him and receiving my custom inserts I’ve had decreased pain in my feet and back. My fatigue from standing and exercise have gone down significantly. My posture has improved as well. It’s been life changing."

He helped me find a good shoe in my hard-to-find width of Narrow. When the shoes came in, he made adjustments that made them even more comfortable. His products and services are very reasonably priced, and when the time comes for me to get new orthotics I will be visiting Michael. Until that time I will continue to order my shoes from him (ladies they are not only comfortable & good for your stability-they are CUTE! ) Again, highly recommend!!"
