"Worst store policy Ever,cheap quality and overpriced that can’t hold,you can get better deals at Shein than wasting your money here. Bought a damaged dress returned it with a receipt and a tag that i took off to put the dress on,unfortunately the tag is off you can’t even get store credit,Rude cashiers trained to scam people off their hard earned money…"

"I wish I could give them a 0 star. Horrible experience and the people working there are very rude. I went there to exchange the tops which was damaged and the people working there totally refused to exchange it which I bought just 24 hours ago even though I had tags and receipt. And they also claimed that they wouldn’t sell damaged clothes even by mistake and told me that they would check each and every clothes one by one before they keep them for sale. And they totally refused to exchange. Very worst management and customer service. Never going back !!!!"

"They definitely need to get friendlier people, my wife usually goes there shopping and went there a little too late, she never takes clothes back but that day since they were almost close she took a blouse that she liked and did not notice that it had a tear until she was home, went back to the store a day later to change it and the manager was very rude towards my wife stating she was not getting the money back or the blouse changed. Irving mall is not as busy as it has been in the past and with this kind of people they will not last in business."
