"I had just came from the mall, went to shop at their store for the first time for a christmas gift. I personally know the owners wife, great person. I was helped with great customer service today with the staff. I’m always up for supporting a local business. The store is well organized and clean with its upkeep. Now, the shoe price was listed to be $185 but I left paying $216. I was taxed for “Texas state fee” and “City of Arlington fee”. If I had it shipped I would’ve paid $211. I picked up directly from the store and had to pay more. I personally thought being taxed was so much and was unnecessary but I can say I am proud of these owners success on how far they have become with this business. Everything went great I just feel like they did over tax however I am satisfied with my purchase. I will still give it 5 stars."

"Going to post the good and bad. First they have an awesome selection and great pricing if you’re looking to buy! However selling experience has been awful. Brought shoes in twice now and have been pretty grossly lowballed both times. I understand margins and having to make money but offering 30 percent below payout in store credit is pretty ridiculous. The girls at the desk seemed to think my asking was pretty reasonable but when the owner came offered almost half of what I told them I wanted that they seemed to think was reasonable. So again great place to buy but beware bring stuff to sell or trade."
