"I loved it! There was a so many clothes and different styles for all tastes! From basics to party dresses everything was great! Good material and even better prices! However, if you go make sure you’re wearing something tight-fitted so you try anything you want on above your clothes cause they don’t have a fitting room!"

"I have a very bad interaction withing 4 minutes of walking into the parks mall store in arlington tx. The entire staff was very rude and the management was dismissive when I attempt to voice my concerns. I also believe their bad attitudes was racially motivated."

"very cute clothing love it, but the problem is, it only goes up to LARGE. People who are plus size won't be able to get anything as everything is only up to that size. customer service is not that bad but they don't rlly care either. they all look like they don't wanna be there which I get but atleast make an effort. that's all, overall pretty good if you're less than large and don't mind careless employees."

"So I’m not one to accuse people for no reason, but the black cashier can’t count. My total was $36 dollars, I gave her $100 bill. She gave me my change didn’t count it back to me. I looked down and counted 53 dollars. I stepped to the side and counted it again. I turned around and before I could even say anything she said “I only gave you 50 dollars right” she really TRIED IT. Her response said it all!!! Who knows how many people she does this to a day. What a shame. If she didn’t purposely try to keep my 10 dollars she wouldn’t of known that she only gave me 50 dollars and not 60. Here’s the name on the receipt."

"I am not a person who gets mad easily. But this store is trying every way to steal their customers money. I went to this store and brought some items that I was unable to try on while there. I've picked out the smallest items their for my size. I was told they will not do a refund ( which is wrong since we can't try on the clothing we are buying) but we are allowed to do store credit or an exchange. I agreed paid for my items and once I got home I learned I could not fit a single item that I brought. I drove 40 minutes the next day to be told that I am only allowed one exchange and the clothes I am getting now is final. I dont know where that makes sense to them. I most definitely will not be returning back to this store even after this pandemic is over. What exactly do they have to lose for people returning clothing they can not fit and is not allowed to try on. Lastly, I asked to speak to someone at their corporate office and the manager refused and said I had to deal with her first. I explained to her if I had known this " only one exchange rule" I would not have purchased the items."
