"Absolutely delicious!!! My favorite is the birria ramen and the spicy chilaquiles. Reminds me of my home in the valley and in mexico!"
"We have been on the search for a good place to try birria tacos and we found a wonderful place! Very delicious and very worth the price."
"My husband and I went to go stop at the gas station there. I asked him, are you hungry? Let's try this food truck. I've been seeing this food truck off the interstate. We live in San Marcos Tx. I'm glad we did stop and get something to eat. It was worth it. The tacos were really scrumptious and the corn tortillas were just right and not too greasy. I like how they put cucumber slices in the taco. The salsas are really good. Not too hot. If you hadn't tried their tacos. You better go by and get yours today. In my opinion they have the best tacos than anyone in San Marcos. Food truck wise."
"Easily placed my order online and it was ready as soon as we arrived! The staff was friendly and gave lots of extra salsas. We got the birria tacos and the Gringa. The food was delicious, highly recommend! can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu :)"
"Excited to try this food truck, I stopped in for lunch. They had a great menu with lots of different options. They can do away with the loud music blaring from the speaker pointed right in front of their food truck. It might be better suited around the corner and not played at full blast. The young lady who took my order had a hard time hearing my order as I gave it to her. I opted for tacos. You got the option of corn or flower tortillas. The young lady asked me if I wanted them with everything. The tortillas are homemade. The rice and beans on the taco were not very flavorful. The meat was on point. When she asked if I wanted everything, I expected veggies. There was only one salsa cup in my bag. I had hoped for another since I did get two tacos. There also was only one type of salsa. I had hoped to have another option like a red or habanero salsa. The salsa did have quite a bit of flavor with a hint of heat. Overall, the food is good. I would go back to try some of the other options they had. I did also notice that another car that pulled up had ordered their food online. I might do this the next time since the only way to see the menu is to download a QR code or look at the sandwich board they have in front of their food truck."
