Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I placed an online order for pick up of the 3 crispy chicken tacos with romaine lettuce and extra cheese. Pick up my order and get back to work and they gave me a kids build your own taco kit. I go back and tell the lady in the pick up lane and she comes back and gives me an extra crispy shell. I tell her there is no way the ingredients in the kids meal (had 8pieces of chicken) is enough for 3 tacos to which she said it is but agreed to take the food and remake my tacos. When she handed me the “fixed” order I asked her name (as no Chipotle workers have name tags) and she said “what do you need my name for” I told her I was going to call her manager and she said “she is here I will grab her” manager comes with just as big of an attitude and when I said the original plate they gave me had 8 pieces of chicken and no way could be made into 3 tacos she simply replied “okay, and?” I asked for her name as well and she said “just call corporate” They had NO PROBLEM trying to pass a kids meal off as a $14 meal. *** picture is of my “fixed” order. One taco had NO CHICKEN at all in it***"

"It has a DRIVE-THROUGH!!! Love chipotle.. one of the healthiest options other when trying to eat healthy nutritious food. And at a very reasonable prices. My go to is a steak bowl, black beans (no rice), red sauce, veggies, steak, cheese and guacamole. I love it!! I really really liked this location in particular because it’s one of the few with a drive through… that’s right a DRIVE THROUGH!!"

"Consistently sucks. Orders will be inaccurate, way under portioned (the attached picture is right after the container was opened, it’s only half full and no bites had been taken yet), packaged sloppily—better drive at 10mph your way home bc your bag is probably soaked with leaking food and then ripped and your containers are likely bent and deformed. What should be warm is cold, what should be cold is room temp. Wonder if they’re bothering very much with temperature checks of product at all. To top it all off, there’s no fast food place slower that I’ve been to in town. And given how carelessly they make the orders, even when you’re watching them make it, it’s not like they’re being perfectionists, it shouldn’t take even half the time it does for them to get an order out the window. Garbage, not worth the time or money. You’ll be better served going pretty much anywhere else."

"I’ll preface this with saying I worked at Chipotle as a Service Manager for 3 years 4 years ago so I know the standards. This location is not it. I’ve ordered veggie bowls from here twice and they are the most abysmal bowls I’ve ever seen. My old GM would have been embarrassed if I ever sent food out the way they send it out here. The veggie bowl I ordered barely filled up half the bowl it was served in, with definitely less than the standard 4oz of pinto beans, quite literally 8 pieces of corn, the barest sprinkle of cheese and half a scoop of guacamole. Do you think vegetarians don’t want sustenance in their bowls? The white rice didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. It’s honestly almost like someone ate part of it. The first experience I forgave but after this experience I would say if you have literally any other location near you to go to that one. My bowl literally took 10 bites to eat. Never in my life have I experienced such low quality from a Chipotle, and that’s actually saying something. It’s actually insulting what they charge for the half standard portions they give you."
