"What can I say. It is, hands down, my favorite Mexican restaurant. Honestly, it might be my favorite place to eat; period. Service is always exceptional. Food is amazing. And let's not forget about their creamy jalapeno dip that you get.... Wait for it, for FREE with tortilla chips. I'm a huge fan of queso, but dang. This changes my world. I do end up buying the 32oz tub to take home with me as well. Which also comes with a free bag of chips. Their specials are always top notch. I have never been sad going here. My girlfriend and I are basically dancing in our seats with every bite. 11/10 recommend."

"Today was a first for me. I love Chuys however today’s visit I had to ask several times to several different people if I could get a table cleaned. Then I just ended up cleaning it myself. When the guy came back over to “clean it” he starts cleaning the table behind us, I didn’t have to go ask the bartender for a wet rag to wipe down the table to finish cleaning it myself. Other than that the food was good"

"To be fair I love them overall but lately their deliveries (UBER) have been bad. The quesadillas are a joke. No meat and no cheese for my last few orders. I order from here a lot. I love their chicken taquitos. But my boyfriend always gets the quesadillas and it is a huge disappointment lately. Not sure why they started skimping on the main ingredients but plz Chuys get it together. Update: my boyfriend called to complain and they offered some sort of reimbursement but demanded our address. That’s not cool. I’m not gonna give my private information out to a stranger. The process was bad. Why not an email?"

"It had been a few years since I'd been to Chuy's. In the past my whole family loved their food and service. I've been twice in two weeks and the takeaway is they are clearly understaffed. Getting a waiter takes 5 minutes and just getting water takes another 5 minutes. The food and prices are still reasonable, but don't be in a rush."
