"Bought a pair of 600.00 Elephant Skin boots online from a retailer . Got the boots and looked great and felt great. However with my first step in them came a loud annoying squeak from the right boot heal. I contacted Anderson Bean and they did email me back the same day , but proceeded to tell me you need to talk to the retailer So I did , I did by email, heard nothing. So I called multiple times and was always hung up on after I selected who I wanted to talk to . I emailed AB back and advised them I can not reach the retailer , who by the way is Saddle Rags out of Stephenville Tx about 5 hours from me, and have heard nothing. Ill get the boot fixed here locally, and I will wear them till they fall apart. But I will also mention this situation every time I get a complement on them, which honestly is daily . Shame there is no pride in workmanship anymore , and a shame everybody just wants to pass the buck off to the next guy. Sounds kinda woke to me ."
