"Be careful with the clothes you purchase at this location. I went and bought 3 shirts (the ones that are nicely folded) 2 had a line in the middle and sadly I overlooked it. Anyway sad part is the cashier (little punk by the way) nicely folded those same shirts which I'm sure she had to have noticed and didn't say a word. Also clothes look as if they been sitting there for the longest times. This store obviously needs new management and hands on training but I cant blame the manager because for 8.00 an hr I wouldn't be happy."

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER....tacky, bad manner girls that work there. I went to make a return last weekend and cashier tried to return less money to me then it started on receipt without even explaining. I asked her why was I being refunded less than what I had paid if I was returning everything on receipt. I asked for manager and another girl came up stating she was manager. I explained everything to her and she basically was rolling her eyes and laughing with other employees about conversation I guess I interrupted her from. She rudely said she couldn’t return my taxes because it was no tax weekend and threw all my shirts back into the bag. I told her it didn’t make sense considering I had my receipt and had purchased everything the weekend before. She just smirked and told me come again next weekend when no tax weekend is over so I can give you full return. WELL today I went again for the second time only to come out with no return again and very disappointing on the poor & lack of customer service I got again. I forgot my debit card at home but had my husband which is the same bank account. Another manager told me I had to bring in my card. I showed him identification card validating who I was. I also explained my previous experience and I pointed out the girls I had sealed with last weekend when I did have my card but he didn’t even apologize. He just told me you can go to La Plaza Mall next time if you don’t want to come all the way over here. NEVER again will I go to that store at the outlets. I asked for their name and they said they couldn’t give it to me due to privacy purposes. But I over heard some one call him Bobby the manager and her Erica the cashier specialist."
