"Had the quesabirrias for the first time last week and they were SO GOOD!!! The tortillas were crispy and not too greasy, there was the perfect blend of beef and cheese, the consommé was seasoned just right… I was HOOKED! Aaaaaand then I tried again today. The consommé was 80% grease, the quesabirrias were super greasy, and the cheese was nearly nonexistent. I mopped the tacos up with several paper towels (and the picture was taken AFTER), poured out most of the consommé to try and find the actual soup, and ended up eating half a taco and throwing the rest away. Two polar opposite experiences. Super disappointed."
