"It's a shame because generally, Taco Bell is good food...But not at this location. First of all, the personnel simply "Does Not Care"!!! They are super lazy and show no sense of urgency whatsoever. They spent more time playing and arguing amongst themselves and as a result, they continued to get the order wrong. It was so bad, another customer came in and complained as I was, and instead of being kind and listening to him, they argued with him instead of apologizing and offering to correct the problem. He said "Just Forget It", picked up the bag that was in error and left. I was in complete disbelief! Horrible Customer Service, No attention to detail, No Sense of Urgency, and an I don't care attitude. Never returning."

"Stuff is rude and they don't even take your oder any more. They expect you to take your own order even though I was paying with cash. Wasn't to hard to learn but when it's your lunch and your kind of in a hurry it's an inconvenience"

"Usually they get the order wrong something is always missing and the people at the window are blah. This last visit the young girl at the window was awesome great attitude and my order was correct. Hopefully she becomes manager"

"Stopped on my way home from a long day at work..repeated my order twice ...3pc chicken meal only dark, employee repeated my order. Reassured me yes as I paid...only to get home to dry and definitely not dark pieces...and overcooked. I wasn't about to drive 25min back. It's upsetting because they weren't busy as I was the only drive thru customer, yet was asked to drive around and park and my meal would be brought out and I asked again if it was all dark and again he stated yes."

"Paid $37 for our food, all we got was attitude like they didn’t wanna work and food that barely fed my 5 year old! This Taco Bell is becoming a joke!"
