"I went thru drive thru and the guy asked me four times for my order. Two bean and cheese tacos, Then he said if that was it, I said yes. I get up to the window and he said “ what was your order “? I gave him my order again. Then he comes back with a bag, asked me if I wanted salsa, I said yes! He leaves to go get it apparently and comes back, I asked for salt packets and he put those in the bag. But when I drove off, I looked in the bag and there was NO SALSA! I pulled around to the front and went inside to get it myself. Then why ask me! Pay attention to your job! It’s not rocket science!"
"I went through the drive through and got a bowl of Chicken Tortilla Soup. When I got home and unpacked it there were so many cups of things to put in it I was surprised. There was a package of Spanish rice, container of cheese, sliced limes and a package of Tortilla straps. I put everything in the soup and it was great!! I am going back tomorrow for another bowl!"
"Went through the drive through on our way back home to Leander, Texas. It was a little slow, but not too bad. Drive through attendant couldn’t understand what I was trying to order at first and I needed to report my order several times. No napkins were put in the bag or any utensils, thankfully, I checked the bag before I left, and they were courteous to give me utensils and napkins."
