"Absolutely stunned and impressed. The food quality and pricepoint were amazing. I’ve seen food of similar quality at other restaurants at double the pricepoint. I ordered the Quesabirria, as did my partner. The food was lovely both in taste and presentation. The broth was flavorful and the tacos themselves were seared to perfection. My friend got the chorizo torta and said it was “Pretty good!” The fries that it came with were beautiful. The restaurant was clean and comfortable and the customer service was decent. If you got just tacos it could easily be in the around the $10-ish range per person."

"As someone from L.A., I’m always on the look out for authentic and delicious burritos and tortas. I haven’t had the best of luck until now! I ordered two tortas ( Cubans and de pastor) and one chorizos burrito and it took me back to California!! They are DELICIOUS. The best I’ve had since being here in Texas the last two years. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, try this restaurant! I’ll definitely be coming back."

"Recommended by a friend, we were skeptical at first when we pulled up next to a gas station. But man, we were so wrong! So glad we came!! Food was authentic, delicious and priced reasonably. Beef tripe, beef tongue, pork stomach, all tender and well marinated. Wanted to try Menudo which was on weekends menu, staff was so kind to sell it to me on a weekday. I reheated it with some veggies, it was so flavorful and melt-in-your-mouth kinda goodness. A counter service restaurant with amazing food. Go try it, at least once."

"I’ve been looking for birria tacos when I found this place on google maps. I looked at their menu and they offer a variety of options, but for my first trip I only ordered the quesabirrias. I thought that the difference between this and a birria taco was that this was a quesadilla as opposed to a taco. I was wrong. The difference is what I ordered has cheese and the other doesn’t. Nonetheless this tasted fantastic and the cheese was subtle so I think the birria tacos would be equally good. First thing I noticed is the amount of meat is stuffed in each taco. If I had some extra corn tortillas, I could have made another 2-3 tacos. So even though my meal was $16 before tax, it was a lot of food. It comes with a blend of cilantro, fresh diced jalapeños, white onions on the side and a lime wedge. The consume was good, but seemed a bit watery. It added some additional flavor but I think the meat was flavorful enough already, so in my opinion the consume really didn’t stand out. They give a lot of consume, way more than 3 tacos could handle, so if you like dipping your tacos, I’d recommend buying additional tacos or sharing it. It also comes with 3 sauces. The green sauce was like a jalapeño cream and was the mildest. The red sauce was like a smokey sauce and had a little kick. The orange was the spiciest. Not sure exactly what it was, but it was a creamy sauce. So overall I would definitely go back as the tacos were very filling and very tasty."
