"nice staff, but they need to concentrate more on cleanness. If you glance inside of kitchen, there's always dirty stuff. Staff need more education about food safety. They wear gloves, touch the food, touch the money, touch the machine, and go back to touch food without replacing. No human sense."

"Just had my best Chipotle experience in quite a long while. Everything was fresh, hot, and they weren’t stingy with the portions. The burrito was wrapped masterfully and the chips had perfect saltiness. A+ crew at this location."

"Thank you for serving a sit-down meal 10 minutes before you closed. It means a lot to folks who have been driving for hours to get out of the car for a little bit and enjoy the extra space. It's also awesome that I didn't have to worry about spilled rice, beans, salsa, or any other fixings falling between the seat or on the leather interior. Your staff was young but professional and already had the restaurant ready to close. I tried my best to be fast but not messy. The serving portion was great, and I was filled up ready for several more hours on the road. Keep up the friendly service, and I hope to see y'all again soon ."

"I've eaten at Chipotle for 14+ years now, and have gone to this location since 2017. Something definitely changed in the past 2 years because every single order of mine irrespective of being online or in person have been botched up. The worst part is noone seems to care nor want to serve customers properly. Add to this the price increases which are understandable given inflation. However, there are ZERO excuses to skimp on portion sizes. I had 2 employees look me in the eye and put in HALF portions on every single ingredient. It wasn't even regular and I was definitely not expecting double portions, but its clear that the employees were following orders to skimp portions. It used to happen a ton on online orders, but when they look you in the eye and do it - that's straight up garbage. I raised toe issue with the guy at the checkout register and he goes "it's crazy right.. that's how it is". How are you going to bill me $13.50 AND skimp on portion sizes, dude? Zero remorse in saying this location is absolute trash. They blatantly cheat their customers."
