"Caleb B. deserves a raise or a promotion! This gentleman was absolutely respectful, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful in every way possible. He talked me through two different quotes that he could do for me with the repairs I needed free of charge on my vehicle. Texas Body Shop was not only the better deal quote wise around town when I went price checking but they sure do know how to train their employees well. There is a huge difference when you see that they care and are willing to help in any way possible. I was able to get the car back within the week and even when I went to pay, Caleb was able to knock off even $80 more for me from the original quote. The car looks grand from the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised that they even vacuumed my car seats and cleaned the plastic floor mats when I picked the vehicle up. They look new! What a wonderful blessing to see. I’m over the moon in my gratefulness for the shop and look forward to returning and recommending their services in the future."

"Took my car in after it was hit in a parking lot with an insurance claim on uninsured motorist. They had it for 2 weeks and when I got it back there were burn throughs in a couple spots and one side of my bumper never even got buffed and polished after sanding. I took it back to them and they agreed to fix it and kept it another 2 days. Now it looks as if they spilled paint on my fender and it was my bumper that needed the work. Also I found a new spot of not bumper that wasn't polished completely. They are some nice guys and friendly. But who quality checks the vehicles before they leave the shop? My bet is no one. I am still undecided if I want to take it back for a third time or not. I might just fix it myself at this point. I can buff and polish better than them anyway. In good conscience I can not recommend this shop to anyone."
