"The good thing about Dollar Tree is if the thing you are looking for is there. The prices are good and the staff helps when there is enough working."
"I never really go to this location because the employees are rude. However i was in a rush and had no choice but to go to this particular store. To my surprise this time, this very nice employee named melody helped me find everything and answered any and all questions without any hesitations. She changed my view on the company. Ill definitely be going back!"
"New seasonal items, and you can save!.."
"It was an ordinary day. Cars driving, people walking, I got my paycheck and every single store was so expensive, then, a beam of light hit dollar tree. It was magical. Everything was a dollar and affordable for my 4 kids and I. My struggle of trying to feed my family and become a writer was now easier. Thank god for dollar tree. Hallelujah."
"I am appalled by the management and customer service at this store. I went in this afternoon/eve with my 13 lb support dog. I waited in the front for a cart as there were none. I asked 2 different employees that had carts and were picking up things. I told them that I had had surgery and needed a cart. They both said they were using theirs and even after one went to work the register, she refused to give me hers, saying she had items in it. There were around 5 items that could have easily been removed. As if that were not bad enough, as I was waiting up front, the "manager"angrily came up to me and said that I could not have a dog in there. I explained that she was a support animal and that she has been in there previously with me. She was rude and asked what kind of support/ for what. She asked questions that she has no right to ask. To my shock, when I later asked for a manager, she ( Laura, when I asked for name )is the one who came. She further said that she could ask me questions and that I would know that if my dog was really a support dog. It is and I have the documentation. How dare she treat a person and a good customer like this. She has no right to act so unprofessionally and unethically. This lady, full of tatoos and lacking any class or knowledge of the law, should not be in any kind of managerial position. Several, not all, working there act like they don't want to be there. Those rude employees need to be trained!"
