"Store is clean. Service is okay,so but dont respect the prices, I grab some stuff with red ticket and the advertising said 25% additional discount from 14 items I had only 1 had discount, when I asked cashier how to know which articles had additonal discount, she said you can know until you pay, because only a few items had the discount. What is the purpose of putting additional discount sign if only a very few item had the discount. There is a dollar general like 2 min away from familly dollar, is much better service and they respect prices and discounts. Last week I bought a maybelline eyeliner for 2.35 at that dollar general. I stop by this store because is close to my house, but early morning I stopped in another familly dollar, and they respect the 25% additional discount in red tickets, my mom went to the another store and also got the 25% discount in red ticket."
"I was trying to make a return and it was a sale item and the cashier would not take the return. It was not marked with all sales final when I purchase it last week. I was given the phone number for the corporate office to call I've been on the phone with them for over an hour and got disconnected very disappointed with that company."
