"If I could give the workmanship of this shoe repair shop a negative star I would because a 2 year old would have done a better job. I’m so disgusted and disappointed. I should have known by the appearance of shop and his unprofessionalism which were blatant red flags. He offered multiple excuses for destroying my shoes beyond repair. Awful sloppy crooked stitching, sticky glue everywhere and deep cuts/ tears in the delicate leather that weren’t there before and the owner had the audacity to expected full pay. I don’t recommend this place if you care about your shoes, especially if they are expensive. Because I will NEVER!!!! go back to this shop. Please run in the opposite direction…..Just TERRIBLE!!"

"Absolutely OVERPRICED AND TERRIBLE QUALITY of work. The guy has no idea about repairing shoes and doing it in a clean manner. I waited almost 4 months to get my shoes back. He was supposed to fix some heels that my dog bit. Upon pick up we noticed that the heels were not even. He adjusted the height but the shoes were stained with glue or whatever he used. I guess he does not know how to do precise work and smears the shoes with whatever he has on his hands. My husband's shoes were not fixed at all, but after almost 4 months we just decided to pick them up, before the guy would mess them up even more and then charge us like $70."

"A long time ago I took a beat up pair of boots here. I was a kid and don’t know anything about shoe repair. They quoted me a price, and when I came to pick them up they said the work required was WAY MORE than 40$. They still kept it at 40$. I was a broke kid, and I will always remember the great work that they did for me back then. Great fun for you Crossroads shoe repair!! ❤️"
