TIRELINK - Magnolia

"I went to Tire Link for my first time a couple of weeks ago from a family member who referred them to me. Upon arrival I was greeted at the door by one of there extremely friendly members. I explained what I needed and they did a complete swap out of old tires and rims for a new set of tires and rims. They had multiple members working on my car. The most impressive thing with my experience was how each and every employee I had contact with was friendly, caring and very professional. I will definitely use them again and will refer friends and family as well."

"I had an air leak in one of my tire and brought it to tire link store on FM1488. All the staff were so nice. Few minutes later, one of the young crew came over and told me they found a nail and promptly fixed the air leak. Best of all, he said there is no charge for their service. How awesome is that! I told them, from here on, this tire store will be my go to store. Goodbye Costco."

"2/14/2024 Update- I'm revising my rating because of this mornings call from Tire Link addressing the issue. It showed me they do take at hand issues and subsequently their customers with courtesy and professionalism. I'm confident in chalking this up to just a hiccup in the process. I really appreciated them reaching out to me to discuss the issue. First class response from a first class company. 2/13/2024 I really want to like this place; new, independent, clean, great guys, local in Magnolia, etc. So much so I spent +2K on some BFG’s a couple of months ago for my GMC 2500. Came in today for the first rotation on these new tires. I was in and out in 20mins, and they were great. While sitting at a red light I decided to just check the pressures. I found psi’s all over the place. For clarity 70psi front/60psi back. Now I’m on my way home to see if they even rotated them correctly or just got the pressures jacked up. I gave them 3 stars because I still really want to like them. I know the pressures aren’t going to be exact and they can fluctuate, but they have to do better than this…"
