"I went in today to purchase some soft drinks, there was a sign that clearly said 3 for 4$ coke products 2 litters I approached the register and Michale the store manager was yelling at a new employee calling him rookie in front of all customers. I then was charged 8$ I told the cashier that the sign read 3 for 4$. Then Michale the manager got involved. I took her to the display and showed her the sign,. 3 for 4$... she said that ripped it off and said that it I want, I could get 2for 4$"

"If I could give them a Zero I would! I was trying to purchase a comforter set for $37 but they had $10 off all around the comforters in the front. Well it didn’t ring up right and Debi the cashier asked another store employer whom was speaking with a lady in plain clothes. She said Darlene it is not ringing up the correct price and it has the tags. Well Darlene says without evening looking up or acknowledging us said “that’s because the date ended yesterday. So I said well if it ended yesterday u, still have all the sale tags out. She says “ well if you read the tags it ended yesterday still not looking up at me”. So I said since u want to be smart about it, if the tags are still out there u have to give it to me for that price. She states no I don’t all u have to do is look at the tag and it says the end date. I asked Debi who is the manager and she hesitated to tell me. So Darlene tells me I am not the manager but my name is Darlene. I said well I need the manage and Debi the cashier says” oh the manager is there sitting right in front of Darlene on the kiosk. I said wow all this going on and she did not look up or say one word to fix this. This is store 3478 on Nw 24th street in Amarillo, Tx. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If she does not like black people she is at the wrong store. Please reach out to me through this email CORPORATE PLEASE! This is ridiculous!"
