"I will never go back to this store, my granddaughter and I went in and the clerks seemed annoyed to be bothered with us, then when was ready to be checked out, a frizzy ,redheaded lady checked us out acting annoyed that we were there and as I did not have my glasses on she rolled her eyes as my granddaughter helped me ,my granddaughter told me when we left how rude the lady was even though I hadn't said anything yet, . She was so rude . If you don't like your job, go somewhere else."

"The building is old but Family Dollar does it's best to make due with the old building and always has new stock of house hold items and grocery goods! I always find myself stopping here sometimes just for a munchie binge on a budget..!$"

"This is by far the worst family dollar in Amarillo and I have been to pretty much all of them. They are NEVER stocked and when asked about a product I got told it’s probably in one of those crates back there but I don’t know when I’ll get it probably no time soon as he was sitting there behind the register on his phone talking to his co worker. The employees here are very, very rude and honestly you’d probably be better off going to a different family dollar or the dollar general right by it. Then they wonder why they lose business."

"I was very disappointed that they were out of milk. I ask the clerk if they were not selling milk anymore. The clerk we can't order milk until the managent gets the refrigerator repaired because it doesn't keep the milk cold. They have been out of milk for weeks. People come expecting to by milk for their families and leave upset because there isn't any milk to purchase. This is a shame. Family Dollar has 2 or 3 refrigerators full of cold beer but no milk!!!"
