"Western Leather Craft Boot Company was highly recommended to me for my cowboy boots repairs. I took three pairs of cowboy boots to them for repairs. I went in seven weeks after I dropped them off to check on their status. They said they had two pairs done. They just had to stain the sides of the soles. They hadn’t done that and rushed doing it in the back room on the first pair. That took ten minutes and when that pair was brought out there was black leather stain on the sides of the boots not the soles. I had them take them back to get it off. It was buffed off with a machine leaving marks. Second pair of boots I waited for twenty minutes for them to stain the sides. I had to call in the back to see what was taking so long. Again the stain could be seen on the boots themselves on the toes. That is rough leather where it won’t come out. The third pair wasn’t even worked on and I had to come back for them the next day. Problem with them was they were never polished. I never taken shoes or boots in for repair that were left unpolished. I would never recommend this boot repair store to anyone. Poor work and poor service!"

"I waited two months for a two week modification (stitch tongues to the inside uppers of the boots), there was no communication about the delay. The stitching to hold the tongues to the upper fell out after a few weeks & was stitched in the wrong location. Supposed to be on the inside & top of upper, but was stitched on the outside & lower of the upper. The left boot received an additional row of stitching holes on the tongue. TLDR - They can build a Western boot, but couldn't perform a minor modification."
