It’s parking lot is accessible from Hillside street. Being on the corner of the shopping plaza makes it easy to find parking. I had not been to this pharmacy in the past so I used google maps for directions."

"I can’t say enough good things about SouthPark Pharmacy in Amarillo. I only wonder at what took me so long to get there! The last time I stood in a long line of 18 people at a supermarket chain, and 7th in line at the drive up I knew there had to be a better way. Before SouthPark it would literally take me an hour or more of my day to get to the front of the line to speak w a pharmacist and pick up my medications. I’ve moved all my family’s Rx to SouthPark and the difference in every respect is night and day. Not only do I pull up or walk in and get waited on right away with no wait, but after only 3-4 mos I’m greeted by name. That’s unheard of. So if you want a local, down home feel from professionals dedicated to serving your needs this is THE place. With good hours, great location and personal service you won’t find better."

"I'm not certain why things are different but I can never get a full refill as of late. I love supporting local businesses but when it impedes my quality of living, I'm sure the feedback is appreciated. My favorite pharmaceutical techs are no longer employed here. As a consumer, I shouldn't have to shift my refill times around their shipment days and times. I only have this problem with one medication which would be around $1000 without insurance (which I have) . Please go back to the way it used to be and put the customer's needs before your cost!"
