"Made an appointment online. Immediately charged my card. Drove 20 minutes to the shop. It's closed. No one is there. I get a call 30 minutes later asking me to drive to some sketchy house if i want the haircut. I tried calling the next day and his reply was "I dont know who you are" In essence they stole $30 from me. Worst business in Travis County. Better off paying a homeless guy under I-35 to cut your hair."

"I went in, and Mike cut my hair. The basic cut was well worth it. Mike did a very detailed job and made sure that every hair was perfect. You should expect a very relaxed and chill environment."

"My son went in this morning, asked for a cut & shave. His hair was butchered and he never received a proper shave...looks like there may have been a weak attempt. Unfortunately my son is just beginning to be self reliant at 18yrs old and has difficulty w/any form of confrontation so he accepted the service and not fully understanding the fact of not tipping if not satisfied ended up paying hair cut charge of $40 and left a $10 tip. This place completely took advantage of the obvious situation. Maybe instead of smoking weed and snap chatting the entire time he should have paid attention to what he was being overpaid to do!!"

"I did not have a good experience with this establishment. My initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to a so-called family emergency. And then, when I schedule a meeting that I'm 10 minutes late due to unforeseen traffic issues, im told I'm required to pay a premium. My measure is: Quality of work 8/10, Customer Service 0/10. I'll take my business to Fraga."

"I walked in on a Sunday with no appointment. Google showed it’s generally not busy at that time of day so I didn’t think it necessary. I go in and the place is completely empty except for two guys sitting in the waiting room chairs. One guy greeted me, but from his tone it wasn’t obvious he worked there so I said “hey?” questioningly. He asked if I had an appointment, and I said no. He then said that since it was Sunday and I had no appointment, it would be $30. Considering I just get razed with #3 clippers, that was insane, so I said “no thanks” and walked out. Who the hell raises the price when they clearly have no clients at that time? If anything the price should have been *lower* than usual. Oh, and despite the lack of clients, the place was dirty, with hair clippings on the floor and the counters in disarray. Apparently they hadn’t used their lack of clientele as an opportunity to clean. I have no idea how this place is as highly rated as it is but I will not be going back."
