"It's obvious from other reviews on here and on other sites that the owner is just not a decent person. The other barber that was there should run not walk from this toxic attitude. I'll say that I made a mistake when scheduling my appointment where I didn't check my phone number saved in the app which was incorrect and it led to a situation where I didn't receive texts that were meant to let me know what the process would be when I got there. When I realized what happened I apologized and let them know that I would fix it for next time. It's definitely possible the above was the reason for me being treated so poorly but after reading some other reviews I doubt it since it wasn't only me. I went in not 100% sure knowing what I wanted done and it had been awhile since I had a hair cut so I talked about what I generally went with in the past and was told "We don't do that here" which is fine. I'll try a different approach, I showed him a picture of a style I liked and he told me "but that's not you" so I just said let's go with what you think is best. He's doing all of this in front of his coworker and another guest. At every juncture I was met with hostility and belittlement. I Honestly appreciate it when a barber really knows what they are doing and shares their opinion with you and some of the drawbacks of what you want but the delivery of that at this establishment was horrible, uncomfortable, and embarrassing. It was the worst experience I've had at a place of business I think I've ever had."
