"I have been pleased with the level of service Compass Barber Shop has given to me the last few months. Specifically they went above and beyond this past week when I went in for my appointment with Ty but found out that Ty went home for the day due to being sick. First off, I have to say Kudos to Compass for taking care of their employee and letting them go home when they were not feeling good. Secondly rather then cancel with everyone that was scheduled they went above and beyond to fit everyone in from Ty’s schedule to their own (that’s pretty awesome knowing their own schedules are already booked out and this probably meant staying later). Not only that but the front desk gentleman, Thomas (I believe) did a great job thoroughly communicating the situation to me when I arrived I was even offered some booze while I waited :) Thanks Compass for caring about me as a customer and knowing how valuable my time is. You went above and beyond!"

"I visit my grandmother from Dallas and scheduled an appointment ahead of time. I showed up to my appointment to be advised my Barber went home sick. The front desk attendant lacked soft skills and told me at my arrival my barber was switched due to someone being ill. I understand life happens but, communicate beforehand that my expected appointment time was changed. I waited for a while and still was not attended to. I left. Just as a Berber or beautician expect their clients to be on time and communicate, so do the clients expect the same. Our time is valuable as well. Call me a Bob/Karen idc. Aside from that, the establishment was decorated very nice and the theme of an old-fashioned gas station is original. It was a calm laid back atmosphere. For that reason I give two stars."

"Becca is amazing. The facility is really well done on the inside you can see they put a lot of work into it. They also will let you have a beer while you wait. The service was good, the atmosphere was good, and the pricing is great. I will be back."
