"I am utterly dismayed by the horrendous haircut I received. The stylist constantly sought assistance, clearly lacking confidence in her skills. Despite providing clear instructions and visual references, she proceeded to style and cut my hair in the exact opposite manner. After enduring two hours of frustration, the outcome was shockingly inconsistent and uneven. It was abundantly clear that she was completely incompetent, leaving me with no choice but to leave in utter disappointment. This experience was beyond appalling."

"I have come a couple of times to get my boys haircuts. There's a girl with colored hair who normally cuts my 2 year Olds hair she is absolutely great and cuts it great every time. Chelsea cuts my oldest son's hair and again always does a great job I would recommend getting your hair cuts from them. Now the reason for my bad review. I came in to get my boys hair cut and my youngest went with a girl named Maria. Now for reference my 2 year old sat quietly in the chair and was not moving around or fidgeting if he were I would have had him sit on my lap for his haircut. I asked specifically for a small trim off the top with Scissors. When Chelsea called for my oldest I had him go sit, and when I looked at my youngest Maria had already cut a Huge chunk of hair off. His hair looks awful it is completely uneven I told her I want his hair to he straight as his bangs fall in the front. His bangs aren't even what so ever. There are strands on long hair on the back not cut it just looks awful she cut and thinned his hair so much."
