"Long review. There's so much stuff to go through here. Clothing on on end, bedding, and household on the other end. I have been shopping here for many years. Shoes, hats, accessories, toys, decorations, picture frames, you want to trift, well it's a good stop. They have the brand named more expensive items by the register. I've bought a Couch purse, Nike High top tennis, boots, sterling jewelry, nice lighting fixtures, and even name brand suit cases here before over the years. Today, I saw Micheal Kors tennis shoes, the name was ripped off though and a cute Rebok mini backpack. But nowadays, it's mostly "over" used sometimes ratty stuff. And the employees are not nice. The prices and half off certain color tags are not worth paying for. High prices and lack of quality were my thoughts when I left. The last 3 times I stopped in, I left disappointed because I thought maybe it was just a bad day that time. But today was probably my last visit there."
"I was disappointed by this store, especially because it’s not especially nice and has $15 used skirts and $25 old jackets from basic brands. This is too much to ask, not to mention that there are no changing rooms. All purchases are “exchange only” within a 14 day period, so you can’t really get your money back. Don’t come here unless you want to pay a lot of money for worn out old clothes and trashy home furniture. I don’t recommend donating here - take your clothing donation to Mobile Loaves and Fishes (St Louis King of France has a drive!) - they actually give the items away totally for free to very needy people in poor areas of the city!"
"Used to love going to this place... Sad to say it's went pretty down hill lately... Half the cashiers do not speak English. Nor does it seem like they enjoy their job. They always lock the women's bathroom door. In fact, I was knocking on the door, waiting to see if anybody would come out... And here comes the cashier up with a key and just jumps right in there! Although, I see the men's room is always unlocked... So, I guess they're insinuating that women are bigger thieves. They've got bums lingering in front of the doors. They've gone up on their prices for everything!! Some of them are ridiculous. And a lot of the clothes are damaged... Have holes or coming apart. Look closely! Used to be able to come in here and get a couple good children books at 99 cents a piece now they're all $1.99... They're 50% off The entire store sales are joke! It always excludes holiday items. It's hardly worth the drive from Leander to get there. There's so many other little thrift stores around town... Don't waste your money on this one."
"No fitting rooms, and a really inconvenient return policy. They said they will give you store credit, which actually means you have to go and find items that add up to exactly the price of what you originally got on the day you bring them in. 12.99 for a pair of shoes in almost perfect condition and 12.99 for a pair of shoes in very worn condition. No consistency."
