"Friendly staff, great customer service, Barber shop was nice and clean smells good as you walk in. Mr. Rolton was very helpful and did a wonderful job on my haircut. 10/10. Felt great after my haircut and I will definitely be coming back."
"Rolton does an incredible job as a barber and stylist. Attentive to detail and requests, making sure every the final product is as imagined and desired. I’ll be going back to him every time I need my hair cut"
"I had the most bizarre encounter when I walked into the barber shop. The guy asked me if I had an appointment. I said “no”. And he started laughing all condescending like I was the crazy one for not having an appointment. Needless to say, I left, and he called me “Rude” on the way out. Nice professionalism bro Sorry I tried to walk in without an appointment and hand over my money. I don’t know what I was thinking… Weird…"
"Weirdest experience I've ever had at a barbershop. I'm new to the area and have been to other Finley’s locations before, so I decided to try this one. Turns out I mixed up my scheduling and forgot to add in the beard trim. When I let the barber know, he told me he couldn't add it in as there was another appointment right after me. This was understandable, so I told him I would come back another time to get both done. This seemed to visibly upset/offend him. He started going on about the cancelation fee and talking at length about how I didn't follow the booking process. I sat back down to do the haircut without a beard trim, and he then started to talk about how there was "friction between us" and something about bad energies. At this point I wasn't sure what to do. I got up again to pay the fee and leave. He continued to go on about how he was trying to "calmly explain to me" their entire process, that the company would give him a hard time, and that somehow I was creating friction between us and making a big deal about things. I still don't get what the problem was, but it was clear that neither of us wanted me to be there. Note that I haven't used his name. We never even got to that point. Apologies to the barber for my energies. I'll be sure to take them somewhere else."
"I had a good experience here with Sean. He fixed my hair line and cleaned me up nicely. I haven’t seen my beard looking this good before. I am thankful for booking it via class pass. I highly recommend this barber and facility."
