"I’m extremely disappointed. I have been bringing my son here for a haircut for a while now. I had an appointment at 2 and realized I was going to be about 10-15 min late due to traffic. I called the salon to let them know, however no one answered. I arrived at 2:14. When I got there Rhoda immediately came to me and said she had already took another client and we will need to reschedule. I don’t live close to this salon so as you can imagine I was very upset. I understand I should have been on time but I truly thought there was a 15 minute grace period or I hoped she could some how accommodate me. I had booked the appointment in advance because I know it’s almost impossible to just walk in. Felt that this was very unprofessional and truly feel like my son wasn’t made a priority because “it’s just a kids cut”."

"First time visiting this upscale gentlemen's establishment and was very impressed by the professional yet welcoming atmosphere. All the staff were super friendly and made me feel really comfortable from the moment I walked in. Apart from enjoying the various beverages offered, taking in the interesting and eclectic artwork, plus the great memorabilia (think F1 race car models, etc), I had a chance to relax and watch the team at work which was a treat in itself - just doing such a great job serving their customers with an array of salon services, and in a very friendly manner (not always the case at some other salons I've visited). I was lucky enough to be attended to by Chaunté whom I would thoroughly recommend for any of your salon requirements - super professional, very knowledgeable, attentive, really put me at ease, a great conversationalist, and did a super job to boot. If you're still on the fence about which men's salon to use in H-Town, get off NOW and head to Martin's - I guarantee you will not be disappointed."
