"I set an appointment for my 8 year old online for 6 pm and the barber we were assigned to was a no show . It was our first time there and when I walked in no one greeted me or asked if I had an appointment . I noticed other barbers were available and I asked if anyone could cut my sons hair because we didn’t have a preference since it was our first time but another barber who was busy said he would take care of my son and the other barbers didn’t help us after that . After waiting 50 min for that barber to finish he took another customer before us so I left . Very unprofessional and no communication. My son was very disappointed because he really wanted a barber to cut his hair instead of a Supercuts ."

"Great experience, great shop ,my appt had a little hiccup but another barber -forgot his name- a short light skinned guy took great care of me. He doesn't normally deal with women's hair and designs but he still took the time to do mine."

"Update: Franko got me RIGHT. I will be back to his chair. Got here at 5 which is the time I scheduled my appointment. While I was waiting for the barber to arrive (he was late) another appointment walked in saying she had an appointment with the same barber. When the barber finally got to the shop he immediately motioned for the other person to get in the chair. Another barber informed him that I had been here long before the woman. He looked at me and said he would get me AFTER he took care of her son. This is my first and last time coming here. I’m a real estate professional about to relocate to this area and wanted to scout out what the buzz was about. I can tell you this ain’t it. Find some place that values your time and business."
