"I ordered their Beard Kit late Dec. 2022, and didn’t get it til yesterday 23rd of Jan 2023. When I opened the package, the lid to the beard shampoo was off and it seems as if half the shampoo leaked on to the other products, and also soaked the receipt. I barely have half of the shampoo left. I’ve reached out by email, and phone. The email got sent back to me as if the email didn’t exist and no one picked up the phone. I’ve done business with this company before and I don’t remember it being this bad. All I’m wanting is a new beard wash, or my money back, and to go about my way. Seems impossible to get ahold of anyone from this company. Very unprofessional! Update: Josh got back to me and sent me a new beard shampoo bottle and complimentary toiletry bag."

"I placed an online order for beard wash and beard oil nearly a month ago with no follow up or communication. I have sent two emails for a cancelation and refund without a response. This is disappointing as I have purchased from them before without an issue. Sadly, in light of my experience, I will not purchase merchandise in the future. Update: only following my two requests for a refund and this negative review was my package shipped. I still have not received a response to my e-mails and I was not refunded as requested. Additionally, the Beard & Face Wash I received was clearly used, as it was not a full bottle and did not contain the tamper-proof seal that was present on orders received in the past. Needless to say I threw it away and I continue to be exceedingly disappointed. I will NEVER place another order with House of Classic Cuts."

"It may sound dumb, but I grew my hair out for almost a year because I was scared of another barber screwing it up again. I came here on July 4th because it was open and i couldn’t stand how much hair I had, and I was just ready to receive another mediocre haircut. That is no where near what I received though, what I received instead was the best haircut I have probably gotten in my life and a great conversation with a guy who wants to do the best he can for every person in his chair. I’m coming here for life."

"The space is clean and well kept. Josh does a great job of making sure my cut is exactly how I want it before I leave. His beard butter is great and I use it every day to keep my beard soft and moisturized. If you’re ever in need of a barber I’d definitely recommend going to see Josh!"
