"I am shaken up by the experience I just had here. I don’t think I’ve ever been so disrespected by a business owner in my life. I came for a hair cut yesterday, and Kevin cut my hair (usually Jennifer does). I asked to clean it up, trim the top and taper it. He did his thing and after I told him it kinda looks like the hair on the sides is standing up. he said if he cuts it any more it will stand up even more. I let it be, went home for a shower and after I washed off decided it needed be cut more. I came back today to get it fixed, I had full intention to pay. Both Kevin and Jennifer looked unhappy I was back. I waited in line for my turn, and didn’t say anything until it was my turn. I sat down with Jennifer and asked for it to be tapered, she said what number, I said 3. Kevin then tells me angrily that I need to know what I want before I show up, that no one was speaking to me in Chinese, and I never asked for a taper just a clean. I said it wasn’t the case and I had asked for a taper, but didn’t say anything about it when it didn’t get done cause I didn’t notice how long it was till I got home. In a store full of people, he yells at me to Shut the hell up, cause I’m pissing him off. I was shook. I said sorry for disturbing him and I didn’t say another word until Jennifer finished. I said I never asked for anything for free, then I paid in full for my second hair cut and walked out. This place is two blocks from my house. Sad I won’t ever be coming back."
