"I called on Saturday to ask about my hair and prices. I then called back to make an appointment for Tuesday at 11 and the guy name Ice gave me his number and told me to call him on Monday to confirm appointment. I called on Monday and spoke directly to Ice and he said ok got you. I went there on Tuesday around 10:45 am and there was a sign that was on that said open so I pull on the door it's locked. On the web said they open at 8 it was 10:45. I called Ice at 11:00 to let him know that I was waiting, no response and the number to shop no-one answered it either. I never got any kind of response from Ice letting me know anything. Very unprofessional and I asked for him because of a review I read about him and he just forgot about my appointment. I guess not all reviews are honest. But this one is. I waited 15 minutes shop never opened. By this time it's already 11:15. If I could give it a 0 I would."
