"I came once and liked my cut. However the second time I scheduled an appointment the barber straight up left for lunch, right as I arrived. Okay… I waited for him to come back because maybe there was a miscommunication. He came back and cut someone’s else’s hair and left for the day. Sorry - cannot come back to this lack of service especially since I made an appointment. Very disrespectful having me wait over 2 hours and no cut. edit to add: the barber definitely knew I was there. The other barbers even apologized for him. The barber who was supposed to cut my hair acknowledged me both times and said he'd be back twice. IMO he did not want to cut non-black hair because the first time he said he didn't know how. But I told him it looked great... that's why I came back."

"Chris Nolan is the BEST. I only have two barbers...one in Houston and one in KC. I've been with Chris for a LONG time (15+ yrs) and he cannot be beat in Houston. I see other great cuts coming from the other barbers there also... Tons of parking and right next to the perfume shop. Money and time well spent if you are looking for The Best!!!"

"Took my son here for a haircut.. we walked in and nobody said a word, just gave me this look like I was lost. There were 2 people waiting before us and after that they proceeded to take other walk ins that came after us. It was like I didn't exist.. thanks for that experience. Edit: to respond to the company's response.. I called from the parking lot outside your establishment to ask if it was just appointments or walk-ins too.. I was told walk ins were welcomed and I said "thank you, I'll be right in" and walked in. Not even 3 mins later. And not ONE person said "hello.. welcome.. can I help you"? Not one word! So if you are going to say you only work off appointments, why did nobody ask who my appointment was with? Makes no sense. And two.. not one but TWO men walked in after me and were greeted immediately!! And asked if they were appointments or walk ins and both said WALK IN- and were taken back immediately!! My business wasn't welcomed and it was made very clear."

"Been going to this Awesome establishment for over a year now and my barber Chris is the Overseer and CEO. Every barber in the shop is professional always welcome new clients no matter your ethnicity, religion, or gender they are respectful and on point. Especially now in the midst of covid-19 they take serious measures with 6ft of approach, temperature, sanitizing, and wearing a mask in and out the chair. Mainly my barber Chris #Always gives a great haircut to me, hardly ever does he ask what I need he just knows what I'm feeling and go with the cut, he's a barber and a great friend for 45 minutes never disappoints!! I recommend this establishment way over 5 stars."
