"I have going here for years, but lately they care less and extra rude to customers. I asked for a trim like always, it came with hair straightening and cut it was $17. Today I was charge $20 and I asked to straighten she said said no because she makes no money when she does, if that is the case then charge an extra fee but as a customer I asked for a services and you should be able to do and say it will be more for that. It’s not like they had people waiting I was the last person waiting. So they get 1 star for the customer services being rude and not providing services requested by customer."

"Very poor customer service. This lady was super rude when I told her I would wait for any of the guys cutting hair. She kept me waiting for about 40 minutes in the waiting area. Customers went in and out and I would still be waiting until I asked her how much longer I had to wait. She said she didn’t know and that I could go in the back and ask the barbers. They all had about 5-7 customers waiting to get haircuts. She then told me to come back later."
