"This Platos has always been pretty good for me. I've found some super cute items I wouldnt have been able to find elsewhere for a great price. Also, in regards to selling - you really have to know what they are looking for. Being that their sale prices are so low, you have to expect they cannot pay out a ton for your clothes. Both Zoe and Desire have been wonderful when helping me with buying or selling."

"I am a seasoned vet when it comes to thrifting and I rarely write reviews or give 5 stars but this Plato’s deserves both. I by chance came across this location and had a gang load to sell and was lucky enough to Catch the last day of the clearance sale.. The buying process was fast and fair and the items I found to purchase were amazing!!! I dealt with the owner and Michael, a new hire who was in training. They were both super friendly and the whole vibe was welcoming and fun and the epitome of an exceptional customer service experience as well as operating with a customer-centric approach to the business. "Don’t shop or return items here. I bought a shirt and returned it but never got my refund because the person who rung me up put in their system that she refunded cash but never gave it to me and told me she refunded it onto my card as I had asked. After a week of it not being refunded onto my credit card, I called and was told I would have to drive back to the store to get my refund. I live almost 40 minutes away and had to drive there again because of the issue on their part. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and terrible service. No discount or store credit was offered even though this was their mistake."
