"I gave the stars for the friendliness of the new owner and the staff is pretty friendly. I had Kaitlyn work on my beard and mustache before I left to get married. I did the $90 beard grooming package. Kaitlyn had great customer service and was friendly. But I felt she didn’t quite know what she was doing when it came to grooming beards and mustaches. When I left, my neck was pretty bumped & rashed up, which never happens, she cut a ton off of my beard when I expressed I just wanted to shape it up a little bit. When it came to the mustache I feel like she just didn’t know where to go with it. She didn’t trim or shape it properly which I ended up redoing once I got to my destination. At the end of the experience I felt like $90 plus tip was way over priced for the service provided. I’m all for spending a little extra on self care but I also like when it’s worth it. If we are going to pay the price then I’d suggest to have the stylists go through a training on beard and mustache grooming. Maybe their other services are better but I wouldn’t recommend the beard services."
