"First, I was highly disappointed in the fact that the place opened late. Irma came to open the doors roughly 10 minutes after 10 (the normal time they open). Having your business ready before customers show up is pretty much common practice and shows that you run a professional organization. My haircut was below my standards and I could tell that it was goin to be by the way Irma began to cut. She immediately assumed I wanted a fade and when she began to cut, she immediately wanted to cut against the grain. Didn't even ask me what direction to cut. I jerked my head away before she put the clippers on my head. There was no care for the customer coming from her. I could tell she just wanted to get me in and out of her chair. I'm so glad that I'm in San Antonio for a small amount of time. Long story short, I will not be coming back to this barbershop to pay 20 dollars for such a crappy haircut."

"Uprofessional. Hours are never reliable. Came in at 2pm There was 1 barber, and then he says he can't take me cause hes gonna go on lunch and won't be back til 4:30pm. There was no one else, and i don't see how a place can just close for 2 and a half ramdom hours."
