"Mike was very accommodating taking my order. Went through the design & planning well. Order placed & paid for. They had no change so he said, " Well it'll just be a tip." Order took a bit longer then I thought it would but I was in no hurry. I finally picked up the shirts & was in a hurry. Got home & noticed that the left upper front logo had been left off. I called & no apologies or anything. "Just bring it back & we will fix it." Now I drive a long way to drop off & pick them up & here I have to repeat that! They seemed nonplussed, never even gave any apology till I gave some grief when picking them up second time. And it was not very heartfelt. Just " Yeah, well O.K." It was implied it was my fault for not checking it when picked up T-shirts. REALLY, really, you do a BAD job and its my fault? Mmmmm, O.K. So like the one review said "Buyer beware." Also after 2 washes some of the front logo is coming off already. Exper-Teez is overpriced, poor follow through, and if you screw up OWN it, apologize, do something to make it up!!! The T-shirt shop in Quarry market will treat you better. Thanks Mike & Co."

I called early on Friday morning and was surprised that the phone was answered with an eager “yes, we can.” Mike immediately worked the design and we are VERY happy with the final product. Highly recommend this company. PS: the shirts were a big hit at the Super Bowl!!"
