"Usually have no issue with staff, but the ones working today were rude. Had my dog with me while running errands and needed to pick up a new magazine pouch, when I asked at the door if it was okay if I brought my dog in real quick. They rudely asked if he was a service dog and if not then I could just leave. I have no issue regarding store policy but it could have been said in a friendlier way or a sign needs to be posted to ensure customers come back and to prevent any further mishaps. It was a bit of an inconvenience as my errands were in the same area, ended up taking my business elsewhere and drive further out to where I knew it was pet friendly."
