"One of my biggest issues when looking for new boots is trying them on. most boots don’t fit on my calves and it just leads to not wanting to try anything on. however, trying boots on at Outlaws made all the difference. It was our first time there and I had came in looking for a specific boot. Brady helped us out and even shared a few tricks with trying on new boots. I needed my boots stretched and Brady adjusted them as I tried them on! Once I was set on a pair he continued to stretch them out for me and they were ready same day (which is unusual for western stores to offer). Brady also informed us of all the other things his store offers such as hat shaping. Everyone at the store was helpful and had great service. Plus their music playlist is awesome. "Location access from street is easy, but if you find uneven parking lots and or stairs or just have general mobility issues then either ya need to have someone you trust that can help you go with you or find a different option. However, if you can get up and into the store it is packed with lots of variety and helpful staff. I was wowed by DEB who was so knowledgeable and able to calmly chat with me about what type/style boot I wanted and also how far off and in what manner my foot was shifting around in the boot. I very often have to special order shoes/boots or buy children's sizes. 3.5-4. This chick knew her product line very well narrowed down the options for me and even steamed them so I could get past the arch area being too tight. This was boot store #5 that we visited over a 3 day period and I am so glad it popped up on Google maps! Yes I bought boots! That look intended for an adult. I will be back for a pair of brown booties ASAP!"
